This page is a small program that runs inside your browser. It reads your bill, checks it, and writes the letters here on your device. It has no account system and no place to send your information. Two ways to see for yourself:

Turn off wifi and mobile data after this page has loaded, then run a full case. It works.
Open your browser's developer tools, choose the Network tab, and run a case. The only requests are this site's own files.

If you close the tab, your case is gone unless you saved it to a file. That is on purpose.
